XBRL, eXtensible Business Reporting Language, for financial reporting is upon us. Financial reporting professionals and IT staff must work together to become fluent with how XBRL works and how they will need to utilize it to comply with the SEC. This seminar instructs attendees on how to setup their XBRL business processes and to conduct the detailed tagging of face financial information and footnotes. The curriculum includes so-called 'instance documents,' teaches methods to extract financial figures from your existing systems and how to submit an XBRL file to the SEC.
