Staff Auditor/Accountant
Great opportunity for a CPA or CPA Candidate who is willing to travel on extended project assignments. Competitive salary and all travel costs reimbursed. Strong potential for career advancement as this position entails diverse assignments of both an accounting and internal audit nature. Duties include, but not limited to:
- Supporting external financial reporting client efforts under direct supervision of a Manager
- Conducting technical research on accounting principles and interpretations
- Understanding internal control environments
- Executing project plans in support of client efforts, including companies registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)
- Interacting with client personnel within the Controllership function
- Accountability of project documents and audit trail for external audit work
The successful candidate must be able to meet each of the following satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- Current CPA or CPA Candidate
- Undergraduate degree in business, majoring in accounting
- Minimum on year of accounting and/or auditing experience (experience with SEC Registrants a plus)
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and comfort with researching Accounting Standards Codification and related interpretations
- Demonstrated ability to meet project deadlines
- Effective communication skills, both oral and written
- Ability to handle confidential information appropriately
- Strong technology skills, particularly expertise with Microsoft Excel and Word
- Advanced Internet navigation skills to conduct research

Senior Auditor/Accountant
Great opportunity for a current CPA who is willing to travel on extended project assignments. Competitive salary and all travel costs reimbursed. Strong potential for career advancement as this position requires frequent communication to firm partners and clients' controller and other senior-level accounting personnel. Duties include, but not limited to:
- Leading external financial reporting client efforts under direct supervision of a Firm Partner
- Conducting technical research on accounting principles and interpretations
- Understanding internal control environments for large-complex
- Executing project plans in support of large company efforts, including multi-billion dollar companies registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)
- Interacting with client personnel at a wide-range of levels
- Accountability of project documents and audit trail for external audit work
The successful candidate must be able to meet each of the following satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- Current CPA
- Undergraduate degree in business, majoring in accounting (Graduate degree a plus)
- Minimum three years of accounting and/or auditing experience, ideally working with SEC Registrants
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and comfort with researching Accounting Standards Codification and related interpretations (tax provision knowledge a plus)
- Demonstrated ability to meet client deadlines
- Effective communication skills, both oral and written
- Ability to handle confidential information appropriately
- Strong technology skills, particularly expertise with Microsoft Excel and Word
- Advanced Internet navigation skills to conduct research
